we all know when we are happy and when we are not. but can we define happiness? what is happiness..when can we achieve eternal happiness?

    Happiness doesnot mean fulfilling material desires. Such things are short lived joys. Actually you feel happy when you do something good.

    Well you made me think sharat….................................................. Happiness is the finest expression we could feel.Just xracking jokes doesnt make me happy. I feel happy when everything around me is going well or when Im with my dear ones including you all. Its just this much .I will advise you to be out of stress, try to be relaxed or you can even meditate for sometime and you will feel tension free…..... and happiness can knock you at that time .Try it and hope u get what you want….........................................................................
